Daniel E. Lawless was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Jesuit High School and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans. Later, he became Certified in Paralegal Studies by the University of New Orleans and has worked as a paralegal in asbestos cases for the past 10 years.
